American Response Team was founded by active and former first responders who recognized a critical need for local incident management and roadside safety services. Based in Southern Oregon, our mission is to keep traffic moving safely while reducing the increasing number of roadside injuries and fatalities impacting first responders, tow operators, roadside workers, and everyday drivers. In addition to our core service, traffic management, emergency incident response, and certified flagging, American Response Team now proudly offers 24/7 Roadside Assistance to the public. From jump starts and tire changes to vehicle lockouts and safe fuel delivery, we bring rapid, reliable help when it’s needed most. Our roadside assistance program supports not only drivers in distress, but also helps fund our safety patrol operations that respond to unplanned roadway emergencies.
By working with local first responders, as well as state and federal agencies, we aim to reduce roadside strikes and injuries to first responders by providing services similar to state Incident Response Teams. services that are typically unavailable outside of interstates and state highways.

We recognized a critical gap in the Traffic Incident Management system and stepped in to make a difference. Our team is committed to creating safer environments by providing professional, reliable, and efficient solutions tailored to each situation. Whether managing traffic flow during an event or responding to emergencies, we work tirelessly to prioritize safety and minimize risks.
With a dedication to innovation, training, and teamwork, American Response Team is proud to play a vital role in safeguarding our roads and supporting the heroes who serve our community.
